Yum and yum! As long as you are making exercise a habit -- working on that is a great focus. When you are ready, you can start adding more fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains to your menus. One step at a time :D By the time you are ready to watch your intake, the pounds will really fly off of you because of your fitness level and ability to burn calories!

Way to go on the exercises. Keep it up! It's kinda of funny. At least for me it is. There are times when I get few days of good exercise in and I say to myself "Hey, I can eat this double whopper w/cheese, large onion rings, and giant shake and still work it off w exercise." But I have to remind myself of something someone told me during a 10k event..."When you exercise and don't eat good, it's like punishing the body for all it's great efforts. Same goes for eating good w/no exercise." I acutally have that quote taped on various places, (computer, dash board, work desk, etc.) to keep reminding me.

Sometimes it takes a while to get everything in sync, so if you're exercising right then maybe the eating right will come next!
