I'm exhausted today. I didn't sleep well and as a result rolled into work around 10 AM. So I'm stuck here until 6 PM tonight. :(

It was my coworker's 50th b-day today so I had a sliver of cake. Very small piece. I have healthy lunch foods and as long as I eat a light dinner I should be OK.

My brother and sis in law invited us to come visit them (DC suburbs) for 4th of July. They are letting us bring our dogs so we are going to go down there for the weekend. Apparently they have a friend who works at the World Bank who might be interested in hiring Salem. They will be there too. I don't know how that would work... I'm in PA for at least 2 more years finishing law school. But it's too early to even worry about for all I know it won't pan out. I do know Salem would love something like that though.

Salem and I had a fight about money last night. Which was a shame, b/c it was his birthday. He's a spendthrift who always wants all the latest gadgets (iPhone, iPad, etc). I'm as you all can imagine a saver. We have to get on the same page with this stuff.

I'm down about a half a pound. Drinking lots of water. I want to get out of the 140s!!!!

Sorry about you're fight but I am sure it will blow over. Money does tend to be troublesome if both people share different opinions. Yes work on it and you will get it together. Good news to be going to your brother's for the holiday and maybe a job offer too! Yea !

I'm tired today too and it's a workout day for me. Sunday I stayed up late, and Monday I overdid things a bit at the sports club. It's too bad about the fight on Salem's birthday. I think the iPhone and iPad are indispensable too, not luxuries at all. ;-) Keep up the good work Chris, you should be in the 130s in no time.
