Turning over a new leaf...starting a new life...on a more realistic note. Starting tonight. Period.

68.5 公斤最近减少: 12.2 公斤. 还有: 9.5 公斤. 饮食准则: 低.

一星期增加1.3 公斤

oops! missed your journal! Always glad to see your smiling face. I like the idea of staring on a realistic note. I think it's much easier to stick with. Good luck!
