The diet was a little off the last couple of days, AND I haven't worked out--but haven't seen a gain, so that's a blessing, and "call to action" to go back on track before the scale decides to change it's benevolent mind!!

No gain is good news! I am confident you will get back in the exercise and food routine and make your fuzzy caterpillar inch downward again!

Your well-rested body is going to be right ready to rock when you are. I can feel it :D I'm quite proud of you for not working out for two days. Remember the guideline of exercising at least 3 times a week? Check! Don't be afraid to pencil in one or two rest days to 'Sharpen the Saw' (Habit #7 of Steven Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People) Your saw is gonna be ready to cut through next week like butter (or perhaps extra virgin olive oil).
