Had a bad week last week where everyone wanted to eat everything off of every kind of take​ out menu, and I didn't even blink. I just ate. I figured out had gained at least a few pounds but I had been back to eating better a few days and I have actually lost a couple of pounds. Right now I'm striving only for a calorie deficit. Later I'll try to balance out what is better for me. I have substituted a lot of better recipes and making better choices at restaurants but if I want pizza I just eat 2 slices instead of 4. We all have to start somewhere.

That is generally, I've found, the best way to go. Nothing wrong with eating it, just don't eat the whole thing.
