hey chris, so you are doing the slim in 6 videos too? i really like them. I am overweight but was doing turbojam and working out at the gym before that the first disc was not challenging for me. even if it would have been longer it would have been better. the second workout though, wow, that one i do struggle with. the leg lifts and abs- i cannot finish them! but i am happy about that, i want to see improvement over the next two weeks you know? sounds like you are doing well and really aware of what you are eating, and buring. I became really obessesed when couting points, though i still do, just more lax. i count more calories now but with keeping in line with points to make sure i am on track.. i learned alot from weight watchers too. you will make it throught the dvd , do it everyday!!!!!! and good luck;)
