Made me feel really good to see the scale go down another pound today, I really hoped to see it go down a little. I'm going to start taking vitamins, since the whole point of losing weight isn't just to be thinner, it's to be healthier - and I'm probably not getting all the vitamins and things I should be getting. I haven't been sticking to only drinking water and tea (mostly green tea) too well, I had a slushy yesterday and diet soda the day before. I'm getting back on track starting now, though.

I'm also starting to wonder if I should choose a real diet instead of counting my calories? I feel like I could have lost a little extra weight by now, and while I am eating healthier than I would if I wasn't paying attention to my foods, I'm not sure if it's going to be enough. Obviously I won't diet forever, but I feel like it'd be nice to try something and see if it works - the only issue is that no one else in my house is dieting, and it would be hard to keep to it with everyone else. I don't want to make someone feel bad when they cook dinner by turning it down and I definitely don't want to force my eating habits on anyone. So what do I do?
