Alright! I'm back for good. Another baby was just born since my last journal entry. I'm not cleared to exercise just yet. My new born is only 14 days old....Oh dear, he's already two weeks?! Boy, time sure does fly by. I now have a 7 year old, a 15 month old, and 2 week old. I should be running around enough to lose the weight easily, but we all know this is NOT an easy journey. I have a long way to go, but I know I can do it! I will start slow since I had a surgery right after my delivery, but by golly, I will reach my goal. Hopefully my doc will clear me by mid July. Until then its all about baby steps and the right foods.

Watching "Doctors" they were talking about liver cancer and other liver issues obese individuals can get. They said your waist should never be more than half of your height (in inches). Doing the math, I should have a waist of no more than 32 inches. Currently I am at 45 inches...keeping in mind that I am 7 months pregnant. I wanted to write this down so when I can start back exercising, my goal is established. I would just jot it down somewhere at home, but knowing me and especially with my pregnancy brain, I will forget where I put it. :)
10 weeks until I am due, which means within 14-18 weeks I should be back exersicing. I cannot wait! This pregnancy has been wonderful with no issues. We have been so blessed, however it will be nice to see my toes again.

It's been about 6-7 months since I have been here. My husband and I were blessed with a pregnancy, so I am still not ready to become active in my weight loss journey, but I wanted to get back on here to start journaling and using my diet calendar so when the baby does come I can get right back into the swing of things. We are due mid February with a little boy, and are very excited. The bad news is...everything I had lost in my first three months on here I gained right back during my first two trimesters. The good news is, I have done it before, so I know once I am able to get back into exercising I can do it again. I have to admit, with this pregnancy I have eaten pretty much anything in site, so I definatley need to work on my control. lol. I know that logging everything helps tremendously, so I am excited to be back on here. I prob wont weigh in until after the birth that way I am only weighing myself, not myself and the baby. With that I say, I hope everyone is doing well, and wish you all a Happy Holiday Season!

Okay, so I have had to step away from the site for awhile because I was too addicted to it. lol. I was on here all the time. So I haven't been logging anything but I am still working out and eating right. I am down to 161, and hopefully will be down another 5 lbs before my sister comes to visit on the 22nd. I am so VERY excited...I went shopping today because none of my clothes were fitting, and I am so happy to say I am now in a size 10. Really!!! A size 10! I was in a 16 on February 14th, 2011. Can we all say YAY!!!!! Whew, I just had to get that out. Hope everyone is having a successful week.
