Hopefully I'll start going down in weight again. I'm not having anymore Easter candy, but I'm going to make chocolate chip cookies tonight. I'm very excited!

Still eating Easter chocolate, but I lost 0.2 probably because it's the weekend and I got up at 10 am. Hopefully I'll still continue to lose this week. Less than 2 weeks until Hawaii! :)

Mom's Easter package arrived yesterday so I indulged myself and had a couple of chocolate Easter eggs. The rest of it will be going into my "Do Not Enter - Beware of Sugar" cabinet where I put all my regular baking materials and sweets. It's in a corner of my kitchen that's hard to reach to, plus on the top shelf that I would have to stand on the counter to get to. Out of sight, out of mind. :)

My weight has been dropping, but dropping less by 0.2 every day. 0.8, 0.6, and now 0.4. I'm hoping that it won't get to 0.0.
Today I had something weird happen to me. I got two leg cramps (one at 3 am and one when I was waking up at 7 am) and during the second leg cramp, my vision went spotty and then my ear rang. As the spots went away, the ringing in my ear turned into the sound of someone vacuuming from another room. I actually thought it was vacuuming so I left the bedroom, but the sound didn't go away. Eventually it did, but the whole situation was odd. I've had leg cramps every so often (I get a lot more foot cramps though) so those aren't strange to me, but the spotty vision and vacuuming noise definitely were. I'm hoping that this is related to me sitting up fast (to clutch my cramping leg) after laying down sleeping for hours and not related to my low carb diet.
Still, it's something I'll keep an eye on myself for.

I made some chili last night and had two chili dogs for dinner. I really enjoy cooking and I was so glad it turned out to be tasty. Now I have a chicken-broccoli casserole and chili in my fridge. It's good to have stuff made so that I don't go eating carbs because we don't have anything low carb I really want for dinner. Tonight I'm going to try making a 3 minute chocolate cake to split between me and my boyfriend. I also ordered some low carb chocolate chips so I can finally use all the ingredients I bought and make chocolate chip cookies. I'll have to put them into snack bags so that I don't eat too many, although I'm pretty good at keeping to two cookies.
I think my weight is going down since I'm keeping to my eating schedule and making sure to count my calories. I'm trying to decrease my sodium intake, but I doubt I'll ever have a day under 3000g just because everything has so much sodium. I can only make so many sacrifices at once and since doing low carb was already so much of a sacrifice, I'll have to live with lots of sodium.
