Man...I really fell off the wagon this weekend.
I was fine until Saturday...my day was so busy and then, I went out for drinks with a friend. I would’ve stayed in the calorie count but I came home starving and ate a bunch of late night snacks. And Sunday, some stressful events happened with Monday work deadlines and I just ate whatever I could find.
😅.
And today is a little of a struggle because my lack of time to prepare food.
Ugh...I’ve always really struggled with work/life balance. I hope I can be mindful of this weekend and be better in the future.
Y’all have any tips for these sorts of pitfalls? Thanks! ❤️

Ummmmm...just discovered $5 Fridays at smoothie king and the Slim-n-Trim strawberry smoothie that tastes JUST like a strawberry icecream milkshake...

Wow...
Only on my first day, and I’m not starving! I didn’t use the exact meal plans but am definitely staying in the ballpark of what they suggest/not going over on calories
I’m so happy because I really think there’s been something I’ve been missing my whole life for maintaining my weight at 30lbs overweight to be a struggle and the 40lbs overweight mark to be comfortable in terms of eating/hunger
