Yea scale is finally moving again. Went clothes shopping in my closet and found 2 pair of skinny jeans and they fit. Had a pair of "Tommy" goal jeans and they fit now to have them hemmed.

Just got back from a 4 day trip to the beach. Very proud to say I stayed on plan without any cheats. Even stepped out of my normal eating to try some different seafood dinner. It is all about planning and making the decision this is a lifestyle. I can honestly say it is not easy eating while away, walked in to several restaurants and walked out because of the menu. Amazing how hard it is to find plain grilled fish or beef. After a while you get tired of just salads...but I stayed strong. Can't wait to weight and do my measurements in the morning. This vacation food did not control me - I took control!!

Found an old Weight Watcher membership card...6/03/06 weighted 232!! OMG didn't realize I've lost 53 pounds since I started this long journey. WHEN I say long...yes since 2006!! A lot of self doubt has kept me from accomplishing my goal of 150 - but that goal is getting closer! And this year I will finish the long journey - then start maintaining. No more doubt...just get it done!! This is a lifetime commitment but I have played around way to long.
IT IS TIME TO GET THIS DONE...
AND TO FINALLY REALIZE YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED A LOT - 53 POUNDS!
YES A LOT OF UPS AND DOWNS...BUT YOU WILL WIN
GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!
