Doing alright and trying to cut out on everything that is bad for me. Ugh that is a long list haha! After eating a lot of salads lately though, I am beginning to crave them. I feel like I really can do this now with the help of my husband backing me up.

Me: " Oooo that crispy chicken looks good for tonight."
Hubby: - Gives the scorning 'you know you shouldn't touch that' look.- " Ohh, what about the grilled??"
Me: -Pouts- "Alright."

Hehe, it sounds mean when you write it in text, but he wasn't. We have been doing that for each other in a more loving way and I swear it's an absolute lifesaver. Having a buddy to be there to say no is the best! I have been able to look away from pizza, fried chicken, mac-n-cheese, Crab Rangoons ( Was REALLYYY HARD!!), Chinese rice, etc.etc....

This will slowly add up and will let me lose weight, with also the new challenge here in fatsecret about Just Saying No to junk food.
