I'm a 56 year old grandma ,i have always been able to control my weight and stay pretty thin. When i turned 50 it started to change i put on 20 pounds and just keep gaining ! I started this diet may 12-2011 i have lost 6 lbs and 9 in. I have to cut out all sugar and grains i eat veg,fruit and protein and good fats. Did a lot of reading on diets i am doing my own kinda like South beach or Zone diet so far it is working great i feel good again!
