Hmm.. Where to start....

I've always been a chunky girl, I swear the women in my family have a genetic shape we all look the same from behind, big ole butts all around. :)

I got pregnant when I was 23 and started gaining weight, after I had my son I saw all the 40 I had gained come right off of me, with more loss because I was breast feeding. That actually didnt last long though (3 weeks before it all dried up)and I saw those 40lbs come back with a vengence.

Diet change was my first goal, my husband and I had both gained during my pregnancy and so we wanted to work on getting it off. Our diet was terrible so I've been working on that and adding in as many new low fat foods as I could find. I've lost 10lbs and 3 years and kept it off, I'd like to lose a little faster than that (what is that snail speed weight loss? what's slower than a snail?).

I'm a stay at home Mom, my son goes everywhere with me since I lack a babysitter or daycare options so a gym is just not a great option for me. I'm here looking for some support, tips, and hopefully some great friends.
