hi folks!! i am a yo-yo dieter with a lot to yo-yo back from!! i am from northern ireland, a mother of two and a grandmother of one!! i suffer from back pain and chronic sciatica so have found exercise a problem as i am in pain daily and on medication. however, i have found an old friend in atkins to go back to and am starting this on monday morning!! ie tomorrow!!! so wish me luck and i hope to find this supportive, i never had these tools before, so hopefully this will let me see if i do it right! and i promise if i waver i will still log it on the computer!!! :) looking forward to losing weight with u all!!! :)
