I'm a stay @ home mom/sitter of 3! I'm in the Buffalo NY area.I have been struggling with my weight and yo-yo dieting for the last 10 years or so! But I have never felt like I liked my body even when I was thin! I want to make eating right and exercise a permanent change for myself and my children! I want to feel good about my body for the 1st time every!!
I have done Weight Watchers for the last 3-4 years. It's worked but has always been a temporary fix and I have never reached my goal weight. With W.W. I have keep off 20 pounds. So again, It does work but the minute I go off I eat like crazy because I think I'm not on a "plan" anymore! I need to make the right decision because I want to not because I'm on a diet plan
I'm currently 189 I started 3 years ago at 209 (this time around at 192)and I want to be a size... umm I don't care (maybe a 9/10 ha-ha)but I want to feel good about whatever that size that may be as long As I'm healthy and my children see me making good choices and they follow in my footsteps!!
I can use all the buddies I can get I love to help and I love advice and tips!!! Right now Im doing some Plyometrics, lots of cardio, six meals a day, and cutting back almost all carbs just for a short time!
Change doesn't happen overnight. It takes small steps to get from where you are to where you want to be. Stays focused and take it slow. Do the best you can. Take a step further each day, pick yourself up when you stumble, and keep your eyes on the goal.Few worthwhile outcomes are easy or quick. Be wary of the latest fad in weight loss or ploys! Take back YOUR life.
