Hi Everyone!
Growing up I was always thin, too thin most would have said. In High School at 5' 10" tall I was under 130lbs. That all changed when I met my husband. I gained some weight but felt and looked good at the same height and around 165lbs.
Today I am at a much higher weight and while I am healthy (cholesterol, etc.), I am unhappy with the way I feel. I recently lost some weight after the birth of my second child due to a surgery and an extremely restricted diet. I felt good. My clothes fit better, I looked better, I had more energy.
I haven't re-gained all of that weight but I have re-gained some and I want and need it to stop. I've become more active with my girls at night. I take them to the park, we walk and I try to power walk. I am hoping with a few changes and some motivation, I can return to a reasonable weight and feel good again.
