Hi,
I'm a '86er and 175cm high. I need to log my meals every day so I can make sure to get enough nutrient to improve my muscle mass. Sometime I'm on a diat to get rid of the gained bodyfat.

Notice one important thing! A diet is useless without a gernell improvment of your normal feeding. Thats why everbody is dieting over and over again... living a life like a jojo

I'm not the guy who starts something without a good basic knowledge. So I read alot of articles and stuff like that for months.

Sometimes I'm a little bit shocked how other people, knewing nothing about proper diating, eat and believe that what they are doing is coreect. Later they are wondering why the dont lose fat anymore, why they feel sick and why the fat comes back so fast.
