I am 35. I started out at 193, I had gotten down to 168 about 4 years ago. Since then I have not really done the best at trying to make sure I steer clear of fatty foods and I pretty much ate whatever I wanted. I experienced pants I had bought to accommodate my expanding figure being tight around my thighs. I knew I was gaining weight, but this was the breaking point. I ran a 5k yesterday and I could really feel the difference between running one when I was fit and running one when I wasn't. I am determined to lose again and this time do a better job of keeping it off.
