I am a 26 yr old Kindergarten teacher living in Florida with my wonderful husband, daughter Lily and bulldogs Meat & Ella. I lost 16 pounds after using this website to aide in adapting to a new lifestyle of healthier eating and portion control, my weight loss was attributed to a 500 calorie defecit. However, I recently had my first born, Lily Katherine on September 18th. I gained approximately 45 lbs with my pregnancy. I am a breastfeeding mother and am trying to find a healthy way to lose the weight I gained while continuing to meet the needs of my newborn baby girl! My goal is to attend the gym at least 3 days a week as well as eat healthy and have portion control as I did before.
