I have tried every diet out there and never stuck to them for very long. I usually loose my incentive within a few weeks. Because my doctor found a thyroid problem,I was put on medication and told to go on The South Beach diet as he told me that was the BEST one out there. I followed it for 6 weeks and had to go back and see him. I saw him the 29th of April and had lost 15 pounds but he said my medicine was not strong enough so he uped it. I'am hoping by joining this group that I can share information and help to keep going on with this way of eating. I'am not much into exercising.I do like the food plan and bfeel a lot better about myself since I have been on this. Not really sure this is what I'am suppose to be writing here but thought it would give me a start.
