I'm a wife, dog-mom and lizard-mom. I'm 5 ft 1, and I weigh 201.4 lbs. I am an editor and am pursuing my MPA in Nonprofit Management. Trying with a new lifestyle change: eating 5 to 6 smaller meals a day and making healthier food choices overall. I've just begun the Figure 8 Fitness workout routine as well. First goal weight is 150lbs. Ending goal is 125lbs.
