I started 'fatsecret' along with my diet as a 2010 New Year's resolution..
I want to lose 100+ lbs that I regained 6 years ago after a knee and ankle injury and the passing of my dear father.
And I am well on my way! 63 lbs lighter since I started and it feels wonderful already--wait until I achieve my goal!!!

I think a dedicated mindset to lose the weight, making healthy food choices, and exercise have all contributed to the success thus far...
but my fatsecret buddies have been my secret arsenal because the support I get from you guys is astronomical! ! I feel I've made a few friendships along the way! People in the same boat...so let's sail on this diet cruise ship and dump that excess baggage overboard, shall we??!! Ha ha
Oh--the name is Knight..STEPHANIE..Knight.(when I did the original bio I typoed my own name wrong -brief blonde moment-forgot the "P")Did not realize for a couple of weeks and didn't want to redo my app-so I became affectionatey known as "Stehanie".
