I live in Texas and it is great state (but way to hot) with lots of things to do. As I lose some weight I hope to participate in some of those fun activities like rowing town lake and hiking. I was a thin child, teen and young adult, then I hit 30 and everything changed. Over the last 20 years I have put on 100 lbs. That number just floors me. Too easy to go through the drive-thru or eat a bag of chips for dinner when you live alone and don't know how to cook for only one person. And now here I am with high blood pressure and the beginning stages of diabetes. I have tried and failed so many time but--- I am ready to finally get the lbs off!

Goals:
#1 Under 200 lbs
#2 Weigh 180 lbs
#3 Weigh 170 lbs.
#5 Weigh 160 lbs.
#6 Weigh 150 lbs.
