I am a 46 year old Mother of 4 here in the Tampa Bay Area. I am currently working as a RN in a Cardiac Observation unit in Wesley chapel, FL. I have been on this diet rollercoaster every since the birth of my last child which was 14 years ago!
I am so tired of the fluff and stuff I have hanging on my body so, it's time. Time to get off my butt and do something about it.
I started this diet rollercoaster again weighing over 203; not really sure what my actual starting weight was, but that's pretty close. Doesn't look too pretty on my small frame of 5'2".
The time is now as I am getting older and need to take care of not only the outside that every one sees, but also the inside that keeps me moving.
