At 250 I am currently the biggest that I have ever been in my life, and because of that, the most miserable. I never realized how big I was letting myself get until I started realizing how skinny my friends were. Then quickly realizing, my friends werent getting skinnier. I was getting bigger. One of my bigger problems is that, with a stocky (sp?) build, I dont look like I weigh 225, which only made my weight gain easy to hide, but the scale doesnt lie, and neither does the sluggish feeling.

I am ready for a life change and I know I can do it. I think the motivation here will help. Time to get my ass in gear!
