Hey everyone my name is Amy. I have been over weight since I was 8 years old. I have lost weight so many times but I have always gained it back. I haven't been under 200 lbs since I was 20. I told myself that I am not on a diet I am just going to eat better and actually use my gym membership. I need all the help that I can get so if you all have any tips please send them my way.
