Last night's dinner! Crock pot salsa verde chicken breast with mushrooms, peppers, and onions, and a Joseph's flax pita! About 500 calories and 68 grams of protein :)

Looks delicious! But that's a lot of protein for one meal. I try to get about 25 g in each of 3 meals.

gz9gjg - I always get at LEAST 100 grams a day. Not uncommon to hit 140. It's great. Keeps me full amd fuels the gains! And isn't bad for your kidneys like old school medicine used to think lol. Also easy just to eat less chicken if needed, this was about 7 ounces. AllyJane17 - Super easy! The chicken was just two breasts and a large jar of salsa verde in the crock pot on high for like two hours then pulled apart with forks. The side is just a red and a green bell pepper, a couple onions, and a pack of mushrooms, all fresh, cooked in diced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili powder :) Made for great leftovers too.
