This was shockingly filling for only about 400 calories. Grilled shrimp (seasoned with chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon), with home made pico de gallo, and broiled corn, all on top of lots of riced cauliflower.

My take on bahn mi. Pan seared bbq tofu slices, lettuce, home made quick pickled veggies (radish, carrot, onion), and a home made spicy mayo. WOW, it's gonna become a new regular dinner for sure. Side salad with my home made Greek yogurt+avocado dressing.

Grilled coconut lime pork and pineapple with a broccoli and brussel sprout slaw. Sometimes I surprise myself with the delicious stuff I throw together, this was bomb.

Lunch - My favorite quick and easy (or lazy) meal. Brown rice and vegetarian refried beans - with lettuce, onion, black olives, and red and green salsas. So good!
440 calories.
