Got the mirena IUD removed on yesterday (the 5th), thank god! I already feel a ton better. I actually feel like I'm making progress even though I can't see it. HOPEFULLY SOON! seeing as i've gained thirteen pounds since my last weigh in sometime in February...

Theres no reason after this point that the weight shouldn't start dropping like crazy. I was dieting and making my lifestyle change while working out at least three times a week while GAINING 13 lbs.. So hopefully now that the satanic birth control is gone we can get excited!

currently my diet consists of:
Egg whites for breakfast/meal 1.
half a sandwich (whole wheat bread, ham, and mustard). <meal 2
meal 3- a small bowl of salad with pepper and oil and vinegar dressing
meal 4- chicken breast with grilled carrots and asparagus.
meal 5- yogurt, or a handful of fruit.

Besides getting the birth control removed yesterday I also wore an "It works" wrap for around 3/4 hours, took two diet pills, and drank 80 ounces of water. I ran/walked 2.5 miles yesterday, and today I did 4 miles. So if this all doesn't work I have no idea what the problem is, definitely open to comments and suggestions though!
