Day 438 Weight 184.4 (down 1.6 lbs)
Back in my 'range' ... once again!! That's the good news. The bad news is that hubby appears to have come down with a cold virus and I think I'm starting to sniffle as well. I've been faithfully downing Emergen-C and using Zicam so hopefully I won't get hit too hard. He actually is staying home today in hopes of seeing a doctor. Probably a good idea, given how run down he has been.
I have a very busy day ahead of me. Tomorrow is furlough Friday so today I guess is officially my "Friday." The Idaho State Legislature is done with the State's budget for fiscal 2011. There is a 20% cut to the state agency I work for from the 2009 fiscal budget. We received an email letting us know 'serious' cuts would have to be made and we should know by April 6th. It will be whatever it is going to be. I will be glad to know because then if I need to do something different, income wise, I can begin to plan and move in that direction. As long as we have a roof over our heads, food in our bellies and heat in our stove I think we'll be okay. Times are tough all over for so many of us.

Must fill the water tank, take the dog out, pack my lunch (I'll be 'on the road' eating today), and finish getting ready for my day. May the sun shine on each of you today, may you avoid as many of the sniffles and viral symptoms as humanly possible, and may you practice self-acceptance and kindness towards yourselves!!!
