I have been extremely good this week after I broke down on day two and had a chocolate chip muffin. That was kinda of a wake up, if I want this I have to make these sacrifices in the beginning. The scale has been "The GREAT MOTIVATOR" there has definitely been some movement, I will post the weight on Sunday. I just finished my lunch, I went to Chipotle and had a barbacoa bowl with black beans(SB approved), Guacamole (SB approved), meat of course, Fresh tomato salsa and Lettuce with a little Sour cream (not SB approved because I am positive it is full fat). I also had a side of broccoli that I brought from home, I only ate half of the Chipotle and drank my water. I am very satisfied :).. Till another day, Keep up the good work.
