First journal entry, I am doing the south beach diet. I weighed 285 this time last year and lost 50 pounds, exercising and eating right. Over the summer with a 50 pound weight loss it kind of goes to your head I gained back about 20 of those pounds. I am starting southbeach to get me back in the frame of eating right since I followed its basic principles with my last success. I will start to incorporate the exercise this weekend so that I can adjust. I do kind of miss my french fries and steak and cheeses (LOL). I can have one when I hit 199 pounds that is my treat. I just have to remember that a treat is a once in awhile thing. But hey losing 50 pounds everyday was like a treat. I will lose this weight and keep it off this time.I have to be more disciplined once i hit my goal. I absolutely love reading your journals and keep up the great work.
