Now that's a good looking meal for only 250 calories. Tons of protein. I could maybe eat half of that with my small stomach but it sure does look fantastic... great idea.

Boy I was looking at that again, I think the only thing I would leave out is the Texas Hot sauce and go with Mild Sauce ;)

I'd leave out the cheese - I know, the best part, but so high in fat. low fat sour cream would work better as a topping reward
