This day!!!! I'm over it and I am over people who do not want to do their jobs or talk to you about changes they would like to make in their jobs or on and on and on. Sometimes being a supervisor is not fun!

On the plus side I held it together food wise and did not drown my sorrows in another can of Dr Pepper or eat massive amounts of chocolate when that is what I wanted to do. Instead I came home and walked. So win there!

Damn! Am impressed with the way you handled that stress! Put boxing on the list of activities to try- I swear it's more therapeutic than, well, therapy or yoga, and you seem perfectly suited for it.
