My birthday pizza was delicious,but I haven't let that one treat trip me up, and I've now lost that extra 1/2 pound to get to my next goal! Can't book my beauty treat just yet - I only qualify for that when it becomes "official" on my Monday morning weigh-in day - but still very exciting to have lost a hefty 2.5 stones (35lbs)!!
I had to go shopping yesterday for another new wardrobe of clothes (my third since embarking on this diet). And I mean HAD to - I really had nothing left to wear! I'd booked in with a personal shopper - the very best way of buying a lot of new clothes - and spent a fantastic two hours buying UK size 12/14!! (UK sizes are 2 ahead of US sizes, so our size 12 = US size 10, etc.) I was UK size 18/20 in July!
Now, that's what I call a reward!!
