Good news: Rockin' spinning class at noon...made me sweat a lot, heart rate stayed over 130 the whole 60 mins, and I managed to drink 2 bottles of water!! Loved the rock music of AC/DC and David Bowie..will be defnitely going back next Tuesday!
Bad news: My hunger pangs started to get impossible to bear on my way home, and the idea of eating what was in my fridge somehow just wasn't appealing...so I did the unthinkable and picked up chinese food---tofu kung pao and white rice!!! That and an atkins bar is all that I ate today...
I have to face the music---I seriously have a food addiction/cravings and I need to find the stregth and will to fight the temptations and switch my mindset and not cave so quickly---and so often!!!! A treat shuld be ONCE a month--not daily!!!!!
Back to the drawing board tomm...running and yoga on the agenda.
