Morning all.
Didn't lose the 7 lbs overnight, in case you were wondering. It did come down a lb or so ... I hope Densible and Sharon's predictions are right!!!
I am getting excited about our vacation. We fly to Vegas on Feb. 20th so it isn't very far away at all!!!
Busy, busy, busy at work. The rest of the week looks pretty darn busy too. What is it? Idle hands are the devil's workshop? If that is true ... the opposite should be true and there should be a bright halo over my head!!
Coffee is perking, trying to get the fire started, then I'll exercise and get myself ready for my day.

I guess my brain isn't working too well yet this morning. Haven't had my first cup of java yet. I can't think of too much to say. So I'll say this ... I am doing okay, I am continuing to practice kindness to myself. For the first time in a long, long time I don't really care what I weigh when I go on vacation ... no worries about losing a certain amount of weight by XXX. The journey is ongoing ... I am progressing and that is good enough for now.

So glad you have a vacay booked and it isn't far off at all. And down some weight. So far you aren't having a bad day and that's before coffee! Hope the rest of the day is brilliant and that you drive to work safe and secure and have yourself an awesome day.

Vacation sounds so nice..Mine will be the 4th of July when I get to go
to the beach with my family...first time the whole gang will be together and we all have our rooms close by..watch out Myrtle Beach..LOL..enjoy your day my friend...:O)

you know what....i'm going to vacation on feb 20th, too! but it leads me first to new york, then houston and over weekend (feb 24 - 26) i'm in vegas, too :) wish you a wonderful day!

Funny I just typed my journal and I think I said the same thing about my brain..lol I have never been to Vegas but I would love to go. You guys will have a ball. Are you seeing any shows? You are going to have a great time on that vacation. You are making great progress, my friend...as you say this is an ongoing journey...one we will be on the rest of out lives in one way or another. Funny, I can remember my grammy doing WW when I was just 13...she had been on that journey for a lot of years as well. Have a fantabulous day, my awesome, beautiful, amazing friend!!! Hugs!

I love Vegas, I think I might be going on a girls weekend not quite sure when yet but we have talked about it. I think I will be taking a few trips this year so need to work on this weight...it is really annoying me right now. I need to get my act in gear as well as my butt....Happy Day Carol.

I want a coffee and york peppermint pattie creamer...I gave up coffee last year for green tea and sometimes a coffee sounds delicious!!! I hope your vaction feels like it's coming quickly : ) Excellent job not stressing about the weight. My friend Carol tells me the journey is long!
