Confession. *sigh* Okay, so I totally blew it by going out to dinner to celebrate my 25 year old daughter's birthday and eating her delicious cake...almost half of it over the course of 24 hours! This then caused a HIGH CARB CRAVING spiral downwards for a week. Shameful. I'd done so well for 4 days that I thought that I could handle an outting (but in my subconscious, I was worried...turns out for good reason.
I AM ready to do this and I AM back on track today. My goal is 163 pounds and I WILL make this happen! Committed, Shari
