I did not get on here yesterday as the weather is still not good and I had to leave early to get to work on time and then didn't get home until after 9:30 last night. I was very conscious about my eating though. However for dinner I did have a hot dog, because I went over to my Pastor's house to babysit so they could go out to dinner and that is what she made. I am not a huge hot dog fan in general but it was one time.
Since we can't take the kiddo's outside since it is covered in snow/ice i have been having them do exercises in the classroom and I am leading them so we are running in place, squats, marching, etc. It works getting my heart rate up.
