19th day on Atkins... Positive things I did today- 1.Exactly followed diet.with 21 net carbs. 2.Drink water. 3.Studied...Need to study more. 4.Meditated once. 5.Lost another pound.Now I am 161. I feel so tired today.I dont know why I feel so extremely tired.I have to go to see patients in about one hour.And then I need to come back home and study,study,study... My parents...They are good but the pressure for marriage sucks.I miss my special one.Why things cant get better faster and everyone is happy including me and troubles go away? I feel so tired physically and mentally sometimes.I intend to stay positive and hope for the best but sadness somehow manages to crawl inside me... Plans for tomorrow- 1.Diet. 2.Water. 3.Exercise. 4.Starting metformin. 5.Meditation. 6.Study study study(I will finish revising surgical pathology before 1st january.) I hope and believe tomorrow will be better than today.Better,better and better.Better than before. Last update at 2.30am=(My special one called me and we were speaking for long.It was a total surprise and I am happy.Its amazing how sad and tiring days end in happiness.Probably reward for staying positive and thankful when the life sucks big time.)
