I'm up a tiny bit this morning - I just know it was the bread I had a day or so ago. Weather still bad. It was minus 13 last night, Hopefully we will be able to go down south tomorrow. We made a quick journey out today to make sure we could get through to the main road. It was a bit dicey coming back up the hill and we slid about a bit and had to drive on the grass verge but we made it. Just hope there is no more snow overnight.
I've got my game plan for while we are away and if those numbers rise a bit, I've got all the know how to get them down again - no worries, no sweat. I'll be away til after Christmas so I hope you all have a great time, spend time with those you like to spend time with and the scales are good to you.
