Played a round of golf after being fasted for 24 hours and felt great. Plenty of energy and wasn't really that hungry afterwards. I ended up with about a 27 hour fast. Had a Jimmy John's unwich and pickle followed by a small cup of Cold Stone ice cream. I'll eat again sometime tonight.
