Today and yesterday are terrible eating days. I'm fighting off a cold and having to work a lot this week so it's gonna be a rough one if I don't get a hold of myself. I was doing well until the crafts services guy at one job made some awesome mac and cheese. Of course I had to take some home which I should not have done. Also, when I'm so tired and have to stay awake at work, I tend to get crazy sugar cravings. I don't have much willpower for them at work either. Today I played softball (we're in the semifinals of the playoffs) but I managed to strain my quad running to first during my first at bat. So, not only did I ruin my exercise count for the day, but there won't be much tomorrow and I might not play as well Thursday. Sigh...this means I really have to watch what I eat. Not so many carbs for sure!

Wow yeah craving are a killer. I've been giving in the last two days. Yesterday I ate not only ice cream but Halloween candy as well. Way way too much of both. Then tonight I ate more candy. I had a loss this morning but I think I will have gain some of it back tomorrow when I check. Have you tried taking snacks with you to work? If you have them with you it might be easier to convence youself to eat the good things you brought with you instead of the those little snackages.

Thanks Christiana, that does seem like a good idea. One of my jobs has super healthy snacks, but right next to a huge jar of peanut m&ms, my favorite! Augh! It's all about willpower and discipline I suppose. I just have to work on it and focus!
