Hi guys,

Some (long) time ago I used to calculate my macros in IIFYM, as some people from FS used to recommend that page a lot; and I agree it was very good. However I looked at the page recently and they seem to have changed their purpose a bit, they ask you to provide your email so they send stuff to you, and they also have 'instructors' that can coach you for some time if you pay for that (something like 50 USD). I calculated my macros again and they didn't seem very logical to me. So my questions:

- Can anybody recommend another good page to calculate macros?
- Has anybody used the paid coach in IIFYM? is it good/worth paying for it?
