Hello 140's! Can't believe I finally made it! 4.6 lbs to go till I reach my goal...I was hoping to be there by the start of october but if I dont, by the end of october will work. Would like to be in maintenance by the holidays.:) Cant believe Im really this close. I feel really motivated now although the whole maintenance thing is kind of overwhelming to think about. Losing has never been a problem with me keeping it off has been. But Im determined to do it this time!
