chattycathy is WED!!!! Congrats dear friend!!! Good Tuesday morning!! I actually am feeling chipper this morning. Nice!! Scale was back down to 205.6 ... that was before the morning constitutional and despite my curiousity I fought the urge to weigh again. No sense in being obsessed by the numbers, right?
Busy days ... productive evenings ... really working on changing my thinking and so is hubby so that is probably why I feel so much more chipper. I already notice a HUGE impact. Both in myself, in him, and in our relationship. Now ... to keep it going.
"Long and Lean. Strong and Tall." I used to think this during exercise but stopped quite some time ago. I've started again. Stop focusing on what I do not like, what I do not have, and focus instead on what I want ... see myself as already there.
Grateful.

2. For cooler temps predicted today!!
3. For finding a space for my business and loving it!!
4. For friends.
5. For positive thoughts and changes to my own internal dialogue!!
