A question to the Nutritionists out there -

When I wake up in the morning I usually do not feel very hungry. I have a glass of water, cup of coffee (no sugar) and usually a glass of green leaf based health drink. Once I have these I feel satisfied.

Is there something else I should be eating to kick start the metabolism? I do have ham and egg cooked in a fry pan occasionally but in most cases I don't really need it.

Any comments would be appreciated.

You need a Balanced combination of protein and carbohydrates but keeping your calories low. I use a meal replacement shake because there's no way I can consume 20 gr of carbs and 20 gr of protein and stay under 220 calories by eating food.

I have been on Advocare products since 82 pounds ago. It works for me. Plus I get to go to a free fitness class with the group Im with, win-win.
