A question to the Nutritionists out there -
When I wake up in the morning I usually do not feel very hungry. I have a glass of water, cup of coffee (no sugar) and usually a glass of green leaf based health drink. Once I have these I feel satisfied.
Is there something else I should be eating to kick start the metabolism? I do have ham and egg cooked in a fry pan occasionally but in most cases I don't really need it.
Any comments would be appreciated.
