Day 184 . The journey is stalled right now. Good news is the cast is off the foot and I can return to the gym for upper body. Bad news is no speed walking or running for another 4 weeks. Temporary bump in the road on focus. 40 more pounds to go. Still on track to be at goal in May. that will be 100 pounds in 11 months I will take it. Eye on the prize!
