I will be 53 in 3 weeks. I sell Chevrolet and Cadillac cars for a living. I am also the customer service and inventory manager. I work 6 days and 55 hours a week. I never snack from vending machines. I drink close to a gallon of water a day. Why am I 100 lbs overweight? I go home at night and drink 6 vodka's then pig out on carbs or whatever I can gourge myself on. Then I go to bed. 3 days ago I, as well as my coworkers, were challenged to lose weight. Whomever loses the most percentage of body weight in 60 days wins 800.00. I can do this! Then I will keep going for 10 more months to hit my goal of 185 lbs. Time to get my life back.
